No active tenders at the moment

We are not inviting bids right now, and no bid is being assessed against an unpublished notice. Suppliers and service providers can register their interest below so that we can contact them when a relevant opportunity arises.

What to expect

What a published tender notice will include

Every notice we publish sets out the following, so that bidders can prepare a complete offer without needing further clarification.
  1. 01

    Reference and title

A unique reference for the notice, and what is being procured.

  2. 02

    Scope of works

What is required, where it is required, and to what standard.

  3. 03

    Eligibility requirements

The qualifications, licences, and experience a bidder must hold.

  4. 04

    Documents required

The paperwork a bidder must submit with their offer.

  5. 05

    Submission instructions

Where and how to lodge a bid, and in what format.

  6. 06

    Closing date and evaluation basis

The deadline, and how bids will be assessed and awarded.

Our standards

Procurement conducted fairly

Our approach to procurement forms part of our Code of Business Conduct and Ethics, which also sets out our stance on conflicts of interest and confidential reporting.

Read the Code of Conduct
  • We compete and award on merit — no collusion, bid-rigging, price-fixing, or market-sharing.
  • Zero tolerance for bribery and corruption, involving public officials or private parties, in Kenya or abroad.
  • Gifts are never given or accepted in connection with a pending tender, award, or approval; cash gifts are never acceptable.
  • We honour contract terms and raise variations, delays, or cost impacts transparently and promptly.
  • We keep accurate books and records, with no off-book accounts or disguised payments.
